Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide diversified secretarial and administrative support for an individual or department. The role involves assisting faculty members, managing calendars, and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities - Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members - Maintains faculty calendars, schedules meetings both in person and virtual. Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines - Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure - Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years - Prepare correspondence as needed.
