They are seeking an Agency Generalist to provide overall administrative support, coordinate with team members, and manage various business and general administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling & prepping materials for onboarding new clients
- Managing the meeting process for new clients
- Managing new daily & monthly calendars
- Answer & direct phone calls
- Manage Underwriting for New Business
- Organize and schedule vendor meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce & distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes
- Maintain filing system
- Reception relief & coverage
