⚠️Only available for #residents of #Argentina and #Uruguay⚠️ Accounting Analyst – New Development About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the financial operations of New Development projects. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential, where you will be involved in day-to-day financial activities while gaining exposure to accounting, compliance, and project operations. The role will begin with a support-focused scope and gradually evolve into more ownership and analytical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Support the day-to-day financial operations of multiple projects - Process billings, deposits, and commission payments - Maintain and track revenue and expense schedules - Assist with journal entries and monthly close activities - Support account and bank reconciliations - Assist in reviewing agreements to ensure proper accounting treatment - Support project-level financial tracking and reporting - Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, legal, operations) - Interact with external stakeholders such as agents and landlords when needed - Assist in preparing internal reports for different teams - Support process improvements and standardization efforts - Assist with audit processes and compliance controls Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1–2 years of relevant experience - Strong Excel skills (required) - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to have (not required): - Real estate experience - NetSuite - CPA What We’re Looking For - Proactive and reliable - Able to work independently and take initiative - Strong problem-solving mindset - Organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Eager to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits - USD payment - Fully remote - Company-provided laptop - 2 weeks paid time off + Argentina holidays - Flexible working hours aligned with EST
