Seeking Temporary to Hire CSR/Account Manager. Rate is $24-$25.50/hr. Client Support Rep Contract-to-hire Start asap Process- 2 video interviews Industry- Business services (testing & certification), large private company, 35 people in this office, 12 CSR's This is an Account Manager, Client Support or Project Manager role that proactively support day-to-day needs of your customers and auditors with scheduling audits, answering questions, sending quotes, helping with invoices, etc. Must be organized and a strong communicator via email and phone. Must haves: -2+ years of customer support experience -Has worked in a corporate role on a remote basis -Strong written and verbal communication skills -MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Nice to haves: -Has worked in a regulated industry (like aerospace or medical device) -ISO 9001 Job Description: Client Support Representative Role of the Department • Ensure that assessment activities are planned and performed in a highly professional and technical manner and that customer expectations are exceeded. • Process customers through the certification process.
