Account Executive — Management Consulting (Commission / Revenue Share) JF Bicking & Co. (JFB) is a strategic advisory and management consulting firm helping leaders navigate complexity, scale enterprises, and build resilience. We sell premium, outcome-based engagements across growth, operations, leadership, capital alignment, and analytics—backed by playbooks, senior advisors, and modern decision systems. The opportunity We’re hiring a true full-cycle Account Executive to originate and close advisory engagements. You will build pipeline, run executive discovery, shape scopes, and close—co-selling with senior advisors/partners who support credibility, scoping, and delivery alignment. Deal profile (so you know it’s worth your time) • Typical engagement size: $50k–$500k • Common structure: ~30% upfront and 70% spread as a retainer • Premium pricing and executive-level buyers What you’ll do (full-cycle) • Build pipeline through cold outbound, referrals, partnerships, and targeted prospecting • Run executive discovery (pain, impact, stakeholders, decision path, timeline) • Bring in senior advisors at the right moments to strengthen authority + solution design • Build and present proposals using JFB frameworks and proof points • Drive deals to close: follow-ups, objections, negotiation, and clear next steps • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and weekly activity cadence What you’ll sell Outcome-based advisory engagements across: • Growth & expansion strategy • Operational resilience & transformation • BI/analytics and decision systems • Leadership & talent strategy • Capital alignment & enterprise value planning What we provide • Senior advisor/partner support on key calls (credibility + scoping) • Repeatable offers, playbooks, and proposal frameworks • Tools/systems to support outreach, pipeline tracking, and follow-up discipline • Clear attribution rules (no politics) Requirements • 3+ years as a full-cycle AE closing multi-call consultative deals • Proven ability to prospect cold and consistently create qualified pipeline • Comfort selling outcomes/ambiguity (consulting/services/agency/enterprise SaaS/analytics/complex B2B) • Executive-ready communication, high ownership, strong follow-through Compensation • Commission / revenue share (uncapped) paid on cash collected with clear attribution on deals you originate and/or help close.
