Qualifications: ? If you've worked in retail for up to three years, you've probably mastered the basics of customer service, data entry, inventory management, and handling sales transactions. You can leverage this entry-level knowledge to propel your career to the next level ? One of the most important aspects of delivering an unmatched customer experience is feeling comfortable and confident in engaging with customers ? The inspiration gained from dealing with customers and the thrill of sporting goods fuels a desire to achieve great results ? Carries out tasks or activities independently without regular oversight ? Suitable candidates must possess a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and at night
