Job Description:
Join our dedicated team in Lexington, Massachusetts near Boston as a Registered Nurse (RN) for the upcoming academic year! We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to provide nursing services to students in our district.
Details:
• Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Start Date: September 02, 2025
• End Date: June 18, 2026
• Onsite
• Elementary caseload
• 1:1; Progressive degenerative disorder
• Medically complex
• Zoom Interview!
Duties:
• Provide direct nursing care to students, including those with complex medical needs
• Administer medications and monitor students' health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' well-being and participation in school activities
Qualifications:
• Must have school-based experience
• Must have active licensure/certifications in Massachusetts
• Active CPR/First Aid certs
• District fingerprints required
