We are seeking experienced IT Project Managers to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across multiple departments and business units. In this role, you will manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, driving process improvements, risk mitigation, and quality outcomes. Accountabilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate project requirements. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. • Assign, supervise, and review the work of IT teams to ensure high-quality results. • Coordinate with internal departments to assess technological needs and provide solutions. • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products. • Support IT leadership in interpreting organizational goals, policies, and procedures and translating them into actionable project plans. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or CIS with 5+ years of progressive project management experience or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience. • Proven track record of managing IT projects across multiple teams and technologies. • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination. • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that drive efficiency and value. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
