IT Firm seeks IT Project Managers (Remote - US)

Accountabilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate project requirements. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. • Assign, supervise, and review the work of IT teams to ensure high-quality results. • Coordinate with internal departments to assess technological needs and provide solutions. • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products. • Support IT leadership in interpreting organizational goals, policies, and procedures and translating them into actionable project plans. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or CIS with 5+ years of progressive project management experience or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience. • Proven track record of managing IT projects across multiple teams and technologies. • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination. • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions that drive efficiency and value. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
