We have a great history of providing excellent career opportunities for sharp, energetic people.COMPENSATION: SALARY + COMMISSIONFULL TIMESCALE OF PAY: $40,000 - $100,000+THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO THE TECHNICIAN AFTER INQUIRING AND DOCUMENTING THE PURPOSE OF OUR GUESTS VISIT. THE TECHNICIAN WILL PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE REQUEST THAT MUST BE COMMUNICATED BACK TO THE GUEST WHILE PROVIDING A SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:• MAINTAIN AN AVERAGE OF 1.3 HOURS PER CUSTOMER PAY REPAIR ORDER• PRESENT 100% OF THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE REQUESTS QUOTES TO THE GUEST• PROPERLY DOCUMENT THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN, THE TECHNICIANS CAUSE OF FAILURE, AND THE REMEDY ON EACH LINE OF A REPAIR ORDER• HAVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETENTION SCORES HIGHER THAN THE REGION• MAINTAIN AN 80% MULTI-POINT INSPECTION RATE ON REPAIR ORDERS BEING OPENED• MAINTAIN MANUFACTURE CERTIFICATION• FACILITATE THE GUESTS EXPERIENCE FROM THE PRE-WORK TO CHECK OUT• FOLLOW DEALERSHIP AND MANUFACTURE POLICY AND PROCEDUREPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS A PLUSBenefits• 401(k) Plan• Medical Plan• Dental Plan• Vision Plan• Long & Short Term Benefits• Accident Insurance• Life Insurance• Paid Training• Opportunities for advancement• Access to the latest automotive software• Company & Family Summer Picnics• Winter Holiday PartyWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
