Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Supervisor to join our team at blithequark. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and evaluating a team of customer-facing representatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients receive exceptional support and care, while also driving business growth and achieving performance goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 16 to 30 customer support representatives Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Develop and maintain a positive and productive team culture Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field Proven leadership and management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or retail industry Knowledge of PBM cycles and methodology Exceptional leadership and management skills Ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans and measurable goals Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with telehealth services or remote customer support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
