Large Family Practice office in Bowie, MD has an opening for a Remote Part- Time Call Center Representative. Must have experience working in a fast-paced medical environment. Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Proficiency working with computers is a must. Epic experience... preferred. Experience working in a Healthcare setting. Previous call center experience is preferred. DMV residency is required.
