Account Manager Retail SMB- Business Sales
About the position Responsibilities • Introduce small and medium business customers to 5G products and services. • Interact with customers in retail stores and digitally. • Demonstrate the value of products and services through technology solutions. • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals. • Support vacant store locations within a given territory. • Grow customer base by acquiring and retaining small business accounts. • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address customer business problems. • Service the needs of the existing customer base. • Track, forecast, and manage pipeline and book of business using sales enablement tools. • Follow up with customers who interacted in-store. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Three or more years of relevant work experience. • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to business needs, including weekly store reassignments. • Valid driver's license. • Willingness to travel as business needs demand. Nice-to-haves • Associates or Bachelor's Degree or related certifications/college courses. • Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting. • Wireless sales experience exceeding quota. • Experience influencing a team to drive sales results. • Capability to drive positive results in a team environment. • Strong people skills for influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution.
